'Elvis' # of episodes

Can someone here help me out. IMDB lists this series as having 10 episodes but when I recorded it off TV 15 years ago I got 13 episodes. Does anyone know how many episodes there were altogether?

Well I think what it is is that there were 2 episodes that didn't air. Moody's blues, and Four Mules. and as for the third one they combined two shows but listed them seperatly. They combined Grand ole opry and sun sessions. I wish they would get this on DVD I only have a crappy tape version I recorded of TV that they edited parts of:(

That's right "setzer", as far as my memory goes as well.

If you recorded it off the original ABC broadcasts, there's no way it would have been edited since those were the original shows. The only repeat airings I know of are the ones TNT showed on Elvis' birthday a couple of years straight. They may have been edited but I don't think so.

I will have to dig out my old tapes, but they DID run Moody's Blues in the original series. It is my favorite episode, and I have not watched those tapes since I originally taped them.

Hey, they do have all episodes on DVD. I've seen then on ebay before. I would love to get them. I too have been watching old vhs tapes of this for the past 15 years. haha

do they really have all the episodes?? It would be so much easier just to get them on DVD..but ive looked on ebay...and they dont have any....can u help me..i also haven been watching a taped version of the shows...

I've yet to find an episode list or guide to the series. I have the first 8 episodes and thought that was all of them. I later taped them from TNT's airings, so when I find those, will have to figure out what's what.

Does anybody have a decent copy of the TV series on DVD. I have a VCR to VCD copy but the quality is pretty poor.

Mine are great quality but I only have 1-8. I need the episodes from Bodyguards onward.

If you want to trade, we could work something out but mine are vcr to vcd copies and are watchable but grainy

I found the other episodes I taped from TNT in 2000. TNT spliced them all together instead of having opening and closing credits at the beginning and end of each 30 min. show. Mine start with the Bodyguards episode and appear to go all the way to the end of the series. The total time of what I taped from TNT was 90 min.

Today there is an episode guide on Wikipedia, but it is in the wrong order.
