i just thought, are there any other shows writen as close to screeing as dtdd? if yes, were they before or after dtdd?

Have I Got News For You, and now also Mock The Week, are recorded close to airing, for much the same reasons as DTDD. Although they're panel games rather than stories.

also they're much more improv shows, mock the week ,at least, gets much more laughs from the banter than the prepared dara jokes thanks for trying

Outnumbered is improvised and was written by the same guys so that's as close as you can get really.
