Help with Online Petition to get this show released

I just emailed Shout Factory requesting a release of this show. Since they were the company who released The Larry Sanders show (which also aired on HBO in the 90's) I figured that they would be the ones who could put it together. I was also thinking about setting up an online petition to get help create some buzz around this show but I'm not really sure how to go about it. If anyone a bit more internet savvy than I am would like to help out so we can get the ball rolling on this one I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
