I spotted a mistake

In episode one the youngest nephew says their uncle has no crosses in the house but episode 2 thoroughly deals with a large cross over the staircase. How could that kid possibly have missed it?!?

reply

Their uncle had removed it...he was testing them to see if they were spies. He wanted to observe them, therefore removing the crosses otherwise they would not be able to enter the house. He put it back after rescuing them from Lucard in episode 1.

reply

But wouldn't just leaving it there and seeing them not able to enter prove they were spies?

reply

Probably but he didn't know for sure. Eileen would have gotten suspecious if the boys couldn't enter the house.

reply

And the point of leaving her in the dark is...?

reply

That was the premise of the show, he told the boys that only himself and Sophie knew that Lucard was a vampire.

reply

Just because it's the premise doesn't make the scinario logical. If her sons were vampires there would be no hiding it from her, she'd have to know the truth. So there's no logical reason to remove the cross to test the boys when an inability to cross the threshold would be simple enough.

reply

It's just a show, sometimes they don't make sense.

reply

Logic = Van Helsing has it not.

reply

that's bullshit, bro
