I've watched the Crystal Maze many times and enjoyed it. Though when I noticed Challenge were repeating only the Richard O'Brien episodes, I signed a petition on the channel's forums to bring Ed Tudor-Pole's episodes back - along with the children's specials.

And to be honest, the petition was worth signing. I admit while Ed wasn't ever going to be better than Richard, I actually liked the last two seasons. While I DO think Series 5 was perhaps the more entertaining out of the last two, what with Ed being very manic, I liked the final series due to it being much darker in tone (e.g. "I think I've see the ghost of Dennis McTudor!"). Because of Ed's episodes returning to TV screens, I now have all 6 series (plus specials)! :-)
