Impossible game

My husband noticed this and I wondered if anyone else had. It is a game where they have to fill a grid that has different shapes and 4 different colours there should be 4 tiles of each colour but there are actually 5 greens and only 3 black. The tiles cant be in the same line as another tile of the same shape or colour and so it is impossible! I like this show but that drives me mental as it is cheating just wondered if anyone else had noticed.
