I can't believe this was an actual show. Producing a television show is an incredibly expensive, time-consuming venture - think of what sterling, genius concept they could have gone with instead with the money and time invested here. I'm just at a loss here - a dead-serious police procedural where the protagonists beat and torture suspects and murder a perp in cold blood...and then have an extremely comedic, outrageous gospel song called "You're Guilty" - about a cold blooded murderer/drug kingpin...It's insane! it's all so hard to believe that this all took place. The early 90's were a weird time...but this is Acid-trip drug-fuelled nightmare. Amazing.

I recently saw a video clip of this show, and it was even worse than what I remembered back then! It's actually embarrassing to watch! That's what I remembered when I watch it in 1990.the clip I just saw was the musical number let's be careful out there, breaking into song as he's telling the cops to be careful out on duty today. I always felt that the actors that participated in this must have been complete idiots, just as were the producer and writers!
