Hello,
The footage is missing for The Venice Menace at 0:11:12 and 0:14:14 and also the footage is missing for Super Koopa at 0:12:46, 0:15:36, 0:15:54, 0:21:37 on DISC 2 of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 DVD set and please contact Shout! Factory at (310) 979-5880 to speak to someone about sending the corrected replacement discs for The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 corrected replacement DISC 2 with no missing footage on Episode 13 for The Venice Menace/Super Koopa and ask Brian Ward about when is the Shout! Factory Replacement Disc Program for The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 with corrected replacement DISC 2 starting? Thank you.

Thank you for your determination.

I too am unhappy with the flaws, and am amazed that they would release such a low grade product...

Although, I am glad to find that it isnt my DVD player that is fowling up.

I don't think they'll do a replacement plan, as this seems like damage to the master tape that can't be repaired.

Same with how some of the old Ninja Turtle episodes had a few static edges on the episodes.
