Bully. He was dumber than a bag of hammers but he's tough and a worthy adversary of The Mario Bros.

I was disappointed that they redesigned and renamed the Koopa Kids. My favorites are Lemmy (Hip) and Ludwig (Kooky). VERY disappointed that they didn't make Hip crosseyed or ride on a ball.

i agree Kooky was adorable! I also really loved Cheatsy. I've just been rewatching some of the episodes on youtube after so many years... some pretty terrible animation, but such a cute cartoon overall. and loved the game sound effects x)

Mine was Cheatsy.

he's cute, he's funny, he's cool, he's adorable,
he's awesome, he's amazing,
he's a fun koopaling and the best koopaling in super mario history

his lines such as
"The only way you guys are gonna eat is by shopping at the Koopa Mart."
and "I am the emperor of eavesdropping." are the most hilarious lines ever

his voice is so cute and funny

and his hair was so cool

his song "Cheatsy's life" from the gopher bash episode of the super mario world cartoon was a fun song

love cheatsy, love his voice and love his hair
