Reptiles In The Rosegarden

This was the most bizarre episode of the series...I mean, they all were, but me as a 10 year old when this show was on had no idea who Millie Vanillie were until I was about 14...It was strange because they didn't use the singers to do their roles, nor did they play any of the music....Unless the show was getting massive ratings, what was the point?
