What ruined the movie

ABT3 was pretty good, lot of memorable sequences, great acting, the ending was beautiful and powerful. What weighted the movie down though were the shootouts (boring; tried too much to imitate JW with all that slow-mo - failing) and the woman: who gives a damn about a love triangle in a movie like this? It's like putting a talking pet in a Terminator movie...
That said, I actually enjoyed it for the most.
