What's funny at the end

At the end, when they start breaking down the wall, there just so happened to be all the tools that they needed to tear a brick wall down (sledge hammers, an axe, etc.) They were all neatly placed on the top of piles of junk or nicely placed on the top of all the garbage in the trash can. Some were just lying there in the open.

I was thinking. possibly in the 60s it was easier to get a hold of that type of junk than now? I found much more interesting stuff just lying around, growing up in the 70s & 80s than I do now in modern times.

In the projects, who can afford to throw all of their tools away? Especially if they're still good enough to tear down a brick wall. Nobody throws away that many wrenches and hammers.

A few of the items were pieces of pipe and other metal things, like a piston connecting rod, but I still agree with you. It's not like those things don't have value, either.

LOL...that was just a little too convenient. All of these people go out to tear up a brick wall and it just so happens that not only do they find 1 tool that would tear down a brick wall, they found enough tools for everyone, without having to search through the trash to find them. They were all conveniently placed on top of the garbage and the junk, with maybe a broken down box or a small piece of trash covering them. Some were just sitting there in plain view. Unless they live near a warehouse or at a construction site, there shouldn't have been that many tools just out in the open like that. Maybe the movie was running over and they didn't have time to waste on them rummaging through the trash for tools.
I woke up this way...
