No, it’s honestly quite laughable. I got more creeped out when Arthur first gets to the house and realises that she was right behind him.
Having said that I do love the film and find it genuinely creepy in places. The music leaves it’s impression on you and the scene in the little boys room with the soldier is a great sequence.
The graveyard scene is my favorite. It’s absolutely perfect.
shareOn the wall above Arthur's head is what looks like a picture of a coastline. At 0:57 is looks as though a figure in that picture moves from right to left! I've never noticed that before!

Yeah it kinda does, almost looks as though someone is walking from one side to the other. Good pick up.
