How could they mess up the NES power method?


Someone had to turn the console off or change the channel when Christian Slater unplugged the controller, right? Why would they go through the trouble of doing that if they knew they'd have to press the power button or unplug the NES to turn it off? It's like they goofed on purpose.

I didn't notice that he just took out the controller, but I went back to check and you're right. But what bothered me the most is that they left the RF Adapter attached to the TV when they left and it's just right there in view, so obvious to anyone that ever owned/played an NES/SNES. Good job, boys.

That kind of goof I can somewhat understand. I've seen props change places between scenes or even camera shots in movies. Don't get me wrong; it's still a dumb goof.
