bernie falling on paulie and then paulie strangling bernie.also the part where bernie gets hit by those channel markers as he fell out of the boat.that was very funny.

My favorite has to be the "car chase", when they're in Bernie's golf cart and dodge the guy by going around the trees! SO funny! "Is that the killer?!"

Also, the boat scene that the car chase leads up to. "More gas!" and "Boats don't have breaks, Captain". Such a great movie.

My favorite scene was when Richard and Larry were running towards the ferry boat think it was leaving when it was actually arriving. That was hilarious!

I'm always in stitches when Bernie first gets to the beach house and one of his ex servants is kinda lounging around outside the house and Bernies sees him and says 'What the hell are u doing here i fired you last week!' and then he runs after him and starts kicking him,class! lol

When Larry is upset about finding Bernie dead and he says "And how am I supposed to get home, he promised me a ride?" His face was classic.

Agreed. Bernie falling on Paulie and Paulie strangling a dead guy to death. The look on Paulies face.. man that scene has me in stitches every time. Gotta say one of the funniest scenes I can think of in any movie I have ever seen.
On a side note, the movie was filmed here were I live in NC. Is always cool seeing all the familiar locations!

There were a few ones:

"How about if I lay you out?!" by his non-butler father.

When the clean gangster says about Bernie " ... he's screwing my girl", his sidekick gives a noise meaning "Sh-t, no kidding."

When the lighthouse light hits him, I knew that was coming!

Whenever the killer sees Bernie later, it seems as if Bernie is mocking him with a goofy smile, a la "*sticks out tongue* I'm still here you ... " ...

I never think about the future, it comes soon enough

when larry throws bernie off the deck onto Paulie LOL great stuff.

Richard Parker and I stole this money from the company, to pay for my sex change operation. that scene always cracks me up.

I used to own this movie and watched it a lot. It'd be great if they had an anniversary DVD with some commentary......

I was just about to type "we'll go back to the house, we'll all get the gah-damn keys, we'll all stay with Bernie..." but somebody beat me to it!

How about the scene where he's playing Monopoly with Bernie, and he has Bernie's had hooked up so that it looks like he's waving?

Larry smacking Bernie on the head trying to wake him up?

Larry and Richard vacuuming the sand off of Bernie?

Or how about this exchange just after Richard and Larry arrive:
Hottie: Tell Bernie that Tawny took his boat to go skiing!
Larry: Hi Tawny. I'm Horny.
Hottie: (Smiles) Whoa, hi. Don't forget to tell Bernie, ok? (walks out)
Larry (bug-eyed, looks at Rich): And you didn't want to come???
Rich: I was wrong. I admit it, I was wrong.

I'm not sure if I seen this one a long time ago when it was out but I have seen part 2 back in the day. Anyway Recently about 4 years ago I recorded it on DVR when we had it at the time, just so I could see if I remember seeing it or not and as far as I can tell I think I've only seen part 2 a bunch of times.

Anyway after watching it the part that I remember from it is when he kicks the guy in the nuts lol. I mean come on a dead guy kicks someone in the nuts, just think about it lol f'n great!

EDIT: Oh I almost forgot the reason I'm here is because it's on TV right now and my gf autotuned it haha and I came to see what the boards were like and if I've seen the Bernie guy before in other movies.

Hands down funniest line of the movie, just totally random and unexpected.

That whole scene where Bernie falls out of the boat and gets dragged behind it is comedy gold.

I die every time at the sight of Bernie being dragged over those water ramps, especially that slippery sound on wet wood that he makes.

Second is when they dump Bernie in the little wagon and wheel him down to put him in the golf cart, he falls backwards and the back of his head bumps repeatedly on the planks of the boardwalk.

"Hang on ya damn fool."

If you expect the unexpected doesn't the unexpected then become the expected?
