Of course no one remembers Demi for this role or this movie as she is remembered for more of the later films like ghost, striptease, and a few good men but this has to be one of her first breakthrough performances.
It's hard to believe so much time has passed and after seeing this film again, Demi was absolutely beautiful in her younger years.
