Would've been better if everyone wasn't a "nitwit"
You really have to suspend disbelief if you are to enjoy this film... there was just too much idiocy in this film to make it enjoyable.
It starts off with the "fantastic" prison sequence (typical of Neil Jordan's work)... but quickly spirals into a mediocre comedy picture where everyone is "clueless"... I won't get into specifics but anyone who has seen this film knows what I mean...
Neil Jordan has done many excellent films... but this ranks with "The Good Thief" and "High Spirits" as one of the worst... "In Dreams" is certainly his worst.
