I love the details put into this movie. The language sounds good to me. Probably not 100% accurate but closer than I've heard from other movies. I also like how when he crashes through the window his feet are still dirty from the tower dungeon. When Kassandra's hair grows out you can see the tips are the color that it was dyed. Just really nice little details that show that some thought was put into it.

That's what made it a classic! For it's time it was one of those movies where you saw natural dialogue/actions/reactions. Well with the exception of when he bursts through Farmer Brown's door shouting "TELL ME OF YOUR WOES!!" With a whip and knife in hand. Their reaction was barely authentic!
