Accent sounds like Keanu Reeves?

I sort of see what you mean, however it's been a while since I've seen any Keanu Reeves films so I can't completely remember what he sounds like.

It's a very peculiar voice that he has in this, apparently it was inspired by his English lecturer father's affected, pretentious manner of speaking.
