End Theme and Locations?

Just watched Tumbledown again for the first time since it was on TV. Incredible, was only 15 at the time, had an effect on me then, still does now..
Can anyone tell me the filming locations and the title of the theme played at the end?

The scenes in the 'Falklands' were shot in Pembrokeshire, West Wales.

Not sure what the name of the song is because it's not mentioned in the credits but the artist is The Corries.

Thanks Kev_donlevy and Steve!, the title is "Garten Mother's Lullaby"...
