Very similar to Lords of Flatbush

I only came in mid-way through this movie while they were in the jewelery shop and I immediately thought of the Lords of Flatbush - one of Sylvestor Stallone's first films.

Well, I haven't seen this film yet. I know that there's similarites to the Stallone-Wrinkler film.

Not even close, True Love has it all over the Lords of Flatbush. This movie was a warm, funny look at what went on iin the Bronx or Brooklyn at that time.
