I really hope they remake this movie as the third and final in a trilogy with the new Edward Norton Hulk, though I hope Eric Bana is recast as Hulk by that time. Maybe they can have Bill Bixby make a cameo? That'd be awesome!

The 2 modern hulk films are not in the same continuity anyhow. The first one starring Eric bana had the hulk serum in Bruce Banners genes since childhood. The Norton film had the origin similar to the show.

as Disney apparently has Daredevil back and is free to weave him into the Avengers-verse
Introducing Murdoch as a lawyer who clears something up for Hulk or someone else when they are unable to 'invoke' SHIELD would be a good way to ease him into the Universe before committing to a new solo film
-- although I did read that DD and 3 others Are expected to each get a 13 episode Series on Netflix how much Cross over these series would have with each other, the Films or even Agents of SHIELD
as to Bixby; Sadly he's been Gone since the 90s (IIRC his last work was directing on the TV show Blossom, IMDb would know better)
as to Bana/Norton/Ruffalo... ONLY Norton/Ruffalo are in the Avenger-verse... In theory you could make minimal edits to either/both Norton/Bana's Films and make them work (prior to the Avengers project, the first draft of Norton's was intended as a sequel to Bana's, not unlike 13's man of Steel was to be a Superman Return's sequel and as such come out in 2009)
