... but i'm new to this franchise of films and if i recieve the cut disc of the second film will it really effect how the mood and way the movie runs to a new fan?

yeah i saw the first movie on video it was clever, fun and hiliarous i have not seen the sequel and the third sequel!

Their is a lot cut from the full, uncut version. I use to own a "R-rated" VHS copy of the movie, but gave it away when I got "The Tox Box". A bunch of it is gore and extended scenes, but there's still a good portion missing.

The box or DVD should tell you if it's unrated or cut.
