I just wanted to ask if Go Nagai (creator Devilman, Mazinger Z, Cutey Honey, etc.) really appears on this Movie (even if he's only a background character)

It's just a brief cameo. If you don't like this kind of movie, it wouldn't be worth watching just for Go Nagai.

Well, if he's a fan of Go Nagai, this is pretty much the perfect movie for him. LOL
