Are Clair and Sara the same person? Did they just change her name, or is it another blind girl?

Yeah, the name change has some kind of bizarre reason along the lines of...as she was played by a different actress (Phoebe Legere) who was playing the part slightly differently they thought they'd give her a different character name. Even worse, in the Toxic Crusaders cartoon, it was changed again (to 'Yvonne'), and apparently, there was some kind of row that went on with Phoebe Legere who thought that the 'Yvonne' character was taking the mickey out of her 'Clare' character (they were both blonde bimbos who played an accordian, though Yvonne in the cartoon was short-sighted, not blind) and to this day, relations between her and Lloyd Kaufman are quite strained...she refused point blank to do interviews for the Toxie 2 and 3 DVDs.
It's all a load of garbage if you ask me, I mean, like how would Phoebe Legere have any rights over a character she played anyway? But that's apparently the story behind it all, as I understand from Lloyd's commentary on the DVDs
This sort of problem is not the first time it has happened to be honest with you and I am surprised that Phoebe Legere did not change her legal name to Claire her character so that she could own the rights to her characters name.
The problem is that a lot of people try to figure out ways to make money so that they can become rich and that was more than likely her scheme to become rich from doing The Toxic Avenger movies.
I was going to create a topic about this and ask who did they think was better Sara as a character or Claire? Someone else decided to do this. I use to watch wrestling and continued to watch it from 1986 until 2006 after Chris Beniot killed his wife, son, and himself.
Well back in the late 80's to early 90's they had a wrestler named The Ultimate Warrior who was very big and popular. Well I watched the video that the WWE did on him and talked about the guy who was the Ultimate Warrior.
They said he was very unprofessional and the WWE had to fire him from wrestling because he would not follow what he was suppose to do. Well the guy who was the wrestler did not want the WWE to use The Ultimate Warriors name so this guy had his named changed legally to Warrior or something like that.
That is the problem a lot of these people do so that no one else can use the name. It is a shame that they did not have her appear on the 2nd The Toxic Avenger movie or Third movie either for the commentary.

I heard the Novelization made it solid that they were the same person, apparently being named Sarah Claire.
