I enjoy Parts 2 + 3
Always found them enjoyable, in an awful way. These two sequels have such warped silly sense of humor.
They also have a cool atmosphere to them.

Yeah, I agree. There are long dull parts but both movies have this awesome atmosphere. I like this version of Toxie too. He's incredibly close to the version in the Toxic Crusaders (I saw the cartoon first, as a kid). I also saw the 2nd movie before I saw any of the others, so this is how I remember him.
I'm guessing the cartoon was based on 2 and 3 because his girlfriend plays the accordion in the cartoon.
