I got the DVD download from EZtakes.com and it is the full 103 minute directors cut. If you're looking for the real version and having problems finding it (since its not in the new box set and the Tox Box and double feature are out of print) this is probably your best bet.

Thank you for this information! I just dled it last night and for those wondering, you do get the entire dvd with menus and all. Essentially (and in this case legally) EZtakes pays for the rights to do this (and your rights to burn it onto a disc and enjoy). You are getting full dvd rips of the film with everything intact. THEY do use some kind of shrink method on dual layers to make them a 4.37 (dvd5) size. Toxic avenger 2 was this way (the orignal disc is dual layered). Still they did a pretty decent job on it so it makes me wonder what they are using to transcode this down (hopefully something like dvdrebuilder using cce)
