Did Sarah/Claire get work done between parts 1 and 2?

Andree, who was Sara in the first film was more girl-next-door, and the actress refused to do full / overt nudity. So her body wasn't shown off that much.
Phoebe apparently didn't have the same hang-up. She would do some nudity, so you saw more of her breasts than you did Andree. And she dressed like a stripper, so you saw more of her body in general, really.
