Where do i find the title song?

I want to know where I can find the title song "My life" with Mireille Mathieu. Has the song ever been published on one of Mireille Mathieu`s CD´s, and if it has, then what is the title of the CD called?

I have searched all over the internet, but with no result. If someone have the answers to my questions, I would be very glad.
