If you're not afraid to shell out cash and a bit of effort for an import, check out www.filmifriikki.fi - there's an English flag which changes the language to, well you know, English. If things still look a bit odd, contact 'em by email. I'm sure they'll sort things out.
While the DVD itself isn't a masterpiece, it should be of better quality than the VHS and DVDs based on the VHS that are available in the States.
