Differences Between DVD Releases?

The first DVD release of the film from Fantoma claims to have "deleted footage" and an audio commentary, while the second release (also Fantoma) has a commentary track, but makes no mention of deleted footage. Are there deleted scenes on the first release, and, if so, are they included on the second DVD release? Were any other features present on the initial release, and, if so, are they present on the second?
