Why didn't he change his appearance?
It's a little odd that he has the same exact look he had as Jerry Blake in the first one, clean-shaven with a hairpiece.

HMMM i thought that too. His hair was slightly lighted. I agree what you mean though cos near the end of the first one.when he was trying to start up a new life away from susan he removed his hair peice and had specs and a mastache...
