Was Sybok the most powerful Vulcan in the Trek canon?
He was able to project illusions and enter people's minds without physical contact. That's well beyond anything we've seen any other Vulcan accomplish.

I think Valeris was more powerful .... She has tit power!
shareI still don't understand the nature of the relationship between Sybok and the entity on the planet. Was Sybok in communication with the creature the whole time? Was the creature channelling some of it's power through Sybok for it's own benefit?
Like you say, though, if it was all Sybok, he would have been an extremely powerful telepath.
OT, I read in one of William Shatner's books that he wanted Sean Connery to play Sybok. When for whatever reason Connery didn't do it, Shatner decided to name the Vulcan afterlife Sha-Ka-Ree.
Laugh while you can, Monkey Boy!
I doubt the writers put that much thought into it.
DISPLAY thy breasts, my Julia!
