I Love This Movie

Here we go again..I'm always on the wrong side. I own hundreds and hundreds of films, not to mention my B Westerns of the 30's and 40's. This one's up near the top. Damn! I love it. The story..the cast (what great people!)..I think Lawrence Luckinbill is The King!! The King of...everything! Whatever he wants to be King of. This is Great Moving Making! I know, tell me how wrong I am; but meanwhile I'm gonna watch it again.

I'm happy you love the film so much. It certainly has some excellent scenes, but it falls over in the second half. The execution of a feature is just not there. Having said that, 'Unforgiven' is also one of my favourite films of all time. Perhaps we have similar tastes.

It feels like how Carpenter's later films were. The second half kind of went haywire.
