See 1994's "Nobody's Fool" with Paul Newman and Jessica Tandy. Extraordinary.

A quite impressive list of movies!
You could add "Islander" (2006) with Philip Baker Hall as an aging fisherman on Vinalhaven Island in Maine. The main character is played by Thomas Hildreth.
I just discovered it thanks to Netflix and was delighted!

Please add"Away We Go"...John Krasinski (sp?), and Maya Rudolph. Wonderfully heartening, humorous and sweet.
