Is it as good as The Hills Have Eyes Part II ?? or at least as good as
The Serpent and the Rainbow ?

I'd say better than Hills Have Eyes part 2, but not as good as The Serpent and the Rainbow.

I enjoyed this one way more than the other two you mentioned. Not a masterpiece, but a fun ride, mostly because the plot is all over the place.
