Trailers on VHS

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me out. I had Shag on VHS and I remember some of the movie trailers before the movie started. One of them was Vibes but there was another, it seemed to be a crime movie but with some dance scenes and I remember a dark haired woman in a golden dress.

Does anyone have that same version of the VHS and can tell me the title of this film?

The VHS version I have which displays the date 1997 does not have any trailers- I just checked. Sorry!
