I could not STAND her. LOL
There is no way realistically that Melaina would have been friends with her in real life. So uptight and whiny, complaining about everything.

And the actress was HORRIBLE...when the guy grabbed her to dance and she made the word "help" at least 3 syllables..."Hayuuuullppp!" UGH. Cute movie other than her.

Ha - I actually was the uptight, virtuous, reserved Luanne type during my youth. So I totally *got* her. Far as the actress, she was okay, but not the matched acting talent of her older sister (Daryl - Splash)
