Where is the ice cream scene located?

I've been trying to find where exactly the scenes are where they are sitting and eating ice cream. I know that the Empire State Building is in view. IMDb says "6th Avenue and Bleeker Street, New York City, New York, USA
(Father Demo Square, End of film, Dave and Walace eating ice cream)" but when I google the address, nothing really comes up, so I need more specifics! Also, are they sitting in the same place at the end of the film as they are earlier in the film?
