What Are The Odds?

The keymaster's bag of keys ended up empty...isn't the goal to keep people's keys so they can't/won't drive, likely spending the night at the house instead?

Are we to believe 100% of the grads (other than the one dude they drove home), was either a)OK to drive, or b)had a DD?
