Unbelievable rabbit coincidence

Ok. It is imperative that I share this, because this has to be one of the craziest coincidences I've ever had in my entire life .

I had been notified that the library had my reserve of "Double Indemnity" at my local branch. Fine. I went to pick it up.

While I was there however, I was browsing other titles they had on their shelf so I picked up "Roger & Me" since it was MM documentary I hadn't seen yet. Big deal. I also picked up "Closely Watched Trains" (1966, made in Czechoslovakia), because I like trains and it looked interesting, but in no way is it remotely similar to "Roger & Me". This is where the coincidence comes in, though:

Both "R&M" and "CWT" have scenes in which a rabbit is killed by hitting it over the head!! I mean, I've NEVER seen a rabbit killed in my entire 38 years of living until I just watched these two movies back to back. Talk about freakish coincidence.

This ain't no lie. Top that one!

clearly, it 'means something'. i would suggest you find the nearest telephone and call up Nicholas Cage so he can make a movie about it.

"Fatal Attraction" also has a murdered rabbit, although it is not hit over the head.
