I have a question, is Abby Arcane suppoed to be Abby Cable? Also was Alice Cable from the first film supposed to be Abby Cable. I'm some what confused.

Yes, in the comics she married Alec Holland's friend Matt Cable.

Also was Alice Cable from the first film supposed to be Abby Cable. I'm some what confused.

This is how I see it, Alice Cable is a blend of Abby Arcane and Matt Cable.
