Can't believe I never saw the entire movie until last night!

At the age of 31, and being a huge Dolph fan and action fan in general, I'd only ever seen five or ten minutes of this, and just never made an effort to rent it or watch it when it was on TV.

Silly me, as this is an epic action movie!!! I'd rate this alongside Predator, Commando (Red Scorpion actually has better made action!), Rambo 1-4, and alongside many of the other excellent action movies ever made! Sure it has flaws and is cheesy, but damn if the action isn't well done!

I'd seen all of his movies up until 95', when I started to skip his stuff because of the quality doing down hill, though I have seen a few of his newer movies and of course the Expendables series. However, I can't believe I never saw Red Scorpion growing up, when I'd seen practically everything else, and I definitely missed out on an action gem!

"Keep kicking that ass" LOL. The three main characters were great, as was the African tribal man, and while all of the action was good, the finale was just a hell of a lot of fun!

Glad I watched this last night!

Oh, and I love how the budget was only 16 million!!! Today to do this much action would cost 150 million.
