Is that Eric Stoltz?

I'm referring to the scene where Charles leaves the restaurant in a huff because he wanted to be alone with Rachel but winds up being there with all her friends. I could swear that one of the guys in the group is Eric Stoltz. I looked, but he's not listed in the credits though. Could I be wrong on this? They guy sure looks like him.
