Very good 80s film with great music!

If you are making a list of good 80s movies about young people (Fast Times, Three O'Clock High, Breakfast Club, Last American Virgin, etc.), put this one on it, and it might be the only English film of the bunch.

This one not only has a good score of 80s music (though strangely more '83 than '89), but it has LOADS of music. There must be 50-60 songs and pieces of music in this.

Dexter Fletcher is good, Jonathan Pryce is great, and James Spader is super cool in this early appearance.

This is a funny movie with a story a lot of people will relate to.

I highly recommend this film.

P.S. The trivia here says that he is using an Amiga computer in this film, but I should tell you honestly, it isn't seen in this film. Much of the story is told through "screenshots" from his "computer", but that isn't a computer, and no such OS/software/displays existed then. What is shown was created by a Chyron video character generator (or a copy of one).
