Uncut copy with no Dutch subtitles

I've got a downloaded copy of this film which has all the gore but it is without the Dutch subtitles.

While I'm happy to have it, I am confused, because it disproves the myth that the only way to see it uncut is to have it with the subtitles burned on.

Does anyone else have this version? Where has it come from? It's only 1.21.50 duration, but this is partly because the end credits are missing so I would say this is the "uncut short version" which has some dialogues removed, but it certainly has all the gore, because I checked it alongside this very good comparison article

and it has not been artificially letterboxed to mask off the subtitles, because the picture is the same shape and size as the Dutch version, with no information hidden at the bottom, which I checked against this other uncut version

So I am very curious about the origins of my version. Can anyone shed any light on it?
