Not sure why this film is so often compared to "Robocop"...

When it more closely resembles an (EVIL) union of "Terminator" and "Judge Dredd." "Robo" doesn't go around killing lots of random people... like this cop does. And the whole "judge, jury, and executioner thing is a direct rip-off of "JD." In all actuality, and this is coming from a guy who quite frequently compares films to others, this movie is a whole different type of animal. I'm not even sure it can be categorized... a movie. That's not to say I don't want to have this film's children! I'm into Evil Unions...

This cop ineptly kills 1 person. The movie is about a robot cop and it comes out just after RoboCop. I guess that's why it's compared to RoboCop.
