What happened with Bill, Vickie and Greg?

In the last film Mary Lou possessed Bill and locked them in a car. Here Mary Lou is in hell and no mention of them unless she took them to this hell dimension.

It's three years later and there's a whole new class of seniors for Mary Lou to hassle. The students from the previous movie are old news, assuming they're even still alive.
