Watched this last night...love it even more!!

Hi everyone,

I always start watching my Christmas movies in October. Prancer is definitely one of my favorites! It reaches EVERY age group, and is very well done with a great cast. I bought the DVD a couple of years ago, and every time I watch it I am amazed at the talent of all the actors, and especially Rebecca Harrell. She has many great facial expressions, she cries on cue with so much feeling, and she simply doesn't miss a beat! The way she is able to reach her neighbor (Cloris Leachman) with love, caring, and friendship is one of the best parts of the movie to me. Who else loves his movie?

I agree. I love this movie as much as you do. It really was Rebecca Harrell that made the movie so special. I'm surprised why we never saw such a talented kid like her in any major movie since then, or why only people who watched this movie know about her.

Prancer is truly a special holiday film. They don't make them like this anymore. Rebecca Harrell is wonderful in this movie. So many children in films are eight years old going on thirty, but Rebecca gives such a realistic performance as a child who believes in nothing more than the magic of Christmas. I watch Prancer every holiday season and it never fails to touch the heart and warm the soul.
