Talk about leaving a few threads hanging...
What about the mining company and them wanting the land?
What about breaking a person out of jail, destroying public property, etc?
I liked the movie up until the last 7 minutes, it just fell apart. Terrible Ending. Worst ending ever. But I do admire them making it and getting it done.

Please! Arresting Bonnie was STRICTLY to get Buddy of the Rez for the vote. With Bonnie out (after a trumped up arrest, which the FEDS would NOT want exposed), they go back to the Rez and vote down the mining project! I thought it was obvious, but then again, I'm familiar with US/Indian politics.
